What we're NOT looking for is musicians, songwriters or wannabe pop stars. We're looking for people who will relish the opportunity to learn about and experience the challenges and rewards of working at a small, independent record label.

Typical intern duties are incredibly varied and range from the menial to the critically important. Some tasks might include:

• updating social networks
• data entry
• logging recording and publishing registrations
• preparing reports
• online research
• making tea
• sending and collecting post
• cleaning the recording studio
• co-ordinating guest lists
• promoting events
• preparing tour schedules
