Blitzen Trapper have announced an extensive European tour covering Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Germany, Sweden, Norway and Denmark in April 2018.

The Portland, Oregon-based rock quintet are heading across the atlantic in support of their newly released album Wild and Reckless. Described by frontman Eric Earley as a “something like a cross-eyed stepchild to Furr“, referring to their break-through Subpop release. The new album was born from a stage production that the band spent the better part of a year producing. The half musical, half rock-opera dealt with heroin abuse, desperation, true love and western power structures. Early continues, “Ten years after Furr with all its talk of murder and the end of the western world, it seems there’s more to tell.

Wild and Reckless is out now on Lojinx CD, LP and Digital.
