"This Time" is the debut single from Henrik's debut album, Faction. Aside from receiving brilliant reviews, the song also made Song of the Day on the Q website and the video, shot on London's Hampstead Heath, was featured on the NME.com Real Player.
Faction, which was released last year, led Henrik to coin the word 'Scanbient' to conjure up his Scandi style. "Sigur Ros, Bjork, Kings Of Convenience - and myself included - we all have this Scandinavian (and ambient) tone and there's no way of getting rid of the basics of where you're from... unless you're a fake," he says. A shade of Elliott Smith and Eno/Bowie instrumentals can also be detected on Faction, for which both THE WORD and Q MAGAZINE have given great write ups and reviews.
Henrik is definitely an artist to watch. Stay tuned.
