We're very pleased to announce two very special vinyl records for release on Record Store Day 2013 on 20th April.

Brendan Benson - Swimming / Oh My Love - seven inch vinyl single Eric Burdon & The Greenhornes 12-inch vinyl EP

Brendan Benson will unleashing a limited edition double A-side seven inch single of 2 new songs - "Swimming" and "Oh My Love".

The first new material to find our ears since 2012's warmly received What Kind Of World, "Swimming" was co-written by film score composer Michael Andrews (Donnie Darko, Me and You and Everyone We Know). Along with flip-side "Oh My Love", these two new tracks from The Raconteurs co-frontman bare classic Benson hallmarks: world-class songwriting and heart-felt performance.

Hailed by Rolling Stone as one of the "100 Greatest Voices of All Time", Eric Burdon has been a commanding presence in the musical landscape both as front man for The Animals and WAR and in with his prolific solo career. The Cincinnati trio of Craig Fox, Patrick Keeler (The Raconteurs) and "Little Jack" Lawrence (The Raconteurs, Dead Weather, Blanche) have always cited The Animals as one of The Greenhornes’ biggest influences. After playing with Brendan Benson at SXSW, Burdon teamed up with Benson - as producer - and The Greenhornes - as his band - and hunkered down at Nashville’s "Welcome to 1979" studio for a day and a half of writing and recording that result in the self-titled 12-inch vinyl EP.
